偉大な写真家、Henri Cartier-Bressonが3日、95歳で亡くなりました。彼が写真界/ジャーナリズムに与えた影響は計り知れません。また１人、大事な人が逝ってしまった。。。

この記事で初めて知ったのですが、ブレッソンは３０年前には既に写真から身を引いて、絵画の道に入っていました。もう興味がわかない、考えもしない、と。写真を辞ることを決意した経緯については、友人にも語らなかったようです。
